We use online contact forms on our website to enable you to request sales or support call backs. Our legal basis for processing this personal data is based on your consent and will only be used to fulfil your request.
When you subscribe to our email marketing list on our website, you will be asked for your first name, last name and email address. When you have successfully subscribed, you will receive emails from us relating to all HyperLaw news, any upcoming events and promotions.
The email management provider that we use is MailChimp, who are obliged to keep your details secure and use your personal details for the purpose that we require. All email communications sent from us can easily be opted-out of by simply clicking the unsubscribe link contained in the email or by contacting us directly.
Upon signing up to HyperLaw, you will be required to supply your name, email address and contact details so we can fulfil our service to you as a customer. Our processing of your personal data is based on your contract with us and is only used for the purpose of fulfilling our service to you as a HyperLaw customer.
